We offer three distinctive venues – the historic Stodoła, the atmospheric Kuźnia and the versatile Pawilon. With different capacities and individual character, our spaces can accommodate everything from intimate team meetings to larger corporate events.

• Stodoła is the largest of our venues – a historic wooden building with a distinctive atmosphere. It is well suited to larger receptions, dinners, corporate parties and events for bigger groups. During the season, events can also be combined with the use of the surrounding green space.
• Kuźnia is an intimate, brick-built venue for groups of up to 40 guests. It is well suited to training sessions, workshops, management meetings, corporate dinners and smaller team-building events.
• Pawilon is our newest venue, designed for groups of 40–80 guests. Its versatile character makes it suitable for a wide range of events – from meetings and presentations to workshops, training sessions, dinners and corporate parties.

Corporate Events Surrounded by Nature

One of Baborówko's greatest advantages is the opportunity to move beyond the traditional conference room. The extensive park, green areas and open spaces surrounding our venues offer numerous possibilities for team-building activities, group activities, corporate picnics and outdoor events.

We can combine a formal programme with a more relaxed experience – starting with a meeting or training session and then inviting participants to a shared lunch, dinner, activities or an evening gathering.

We also have the infrastructure and space to host larger outdoor events, including events for several hundred people and, with an appropriately planned format, even several thousand guests.

Corporate Christmas Parties and Festive Gatherings

During the festive season, we invite companies to organise corporate Christmas parties, festive dinners and team gatherings at Baborówko.

We can prepare a festive menu, arrange the space and provide additional elements to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Depending on the number of guests, we can offer Kuźnia or Pawilon, while larger groups can also be accommodated in Stodoła.

A corporate Christmas gathering can also be an opportunity to combine a shared meal with a year-end summary, award ceremony, short presentation or team-building activities.

We can complement your event with catering, accommodation, parking, sanitary facilities, technical infrastructure and additional activities.

Baborówko offers accommodation in apartments located in Baborówko Palace, Oficyna and Folwark – with a total of 31 beds. This also allows us to host residential meetings and multi-day corporate events.

If required, we can also assist in arranging additional accommodation at nearby properties.

Location

Baborówko is located 5 km from Szamotuły and approximately 30 km from Poznań, making it a convenient venue for both local companies and teams travelling from other parts of Poland.

Baborówko is also easily accessible by train – the railway station is located directly next to our estate, with regular connections to Poznań. If needed, we can also assist with arranging transportation for event participants.
